Socialized, well-adjusted puppies mingle with children, adults, kittens, cats, horses, and cows. Let’s not fail to mention, loud noises, soft noises, strange noises, and several kinds of music. Rottweilers are among the top-ten brightest breed of dogs in the world, and beginning from birth interactions like this ensures confidence and intelligent behavior.
Misty Lakes is proud to have been an ARC (American Rottweiler Club) recognized “Code of Ethics” Rottweiler breeder since the early 1980’s. In July of 2013 we became an AKC Breeder of Merit. Our goal is to produce healthy, trainable Rottweilers with the proper character, type and temperament. All of our Rottweiler puppies are AKC-registered and sold with a written contract.

I am a breeder of German Rottweilers located in Fort White, FL. My property is on a very private 8 acre farm. My goal is to produce very high quality pups that includes intellegence, temperament and the ability to be easily trained.
My love of dogs has been a lifelong adventure for me from bringing home stray dogs as a child to becoming a reputable breeder of top show quality Rottweilers.
My interest in the Rottweiler was first ignited after I met two Rotties in 1968. From then on I was in search of the right Rotty to become a member of my family. Since that time I have shared my life with many wonderful Rottweilers. I have met a lot of people thru my dogs and have shared many wonderful times at shows and specialties
Darkstarr was established in 1978. We are small private breeders. Our main goal is to have fun with our dogs. We are in our tenth generation of selective breeding. Our systematic approach to breeding insures that we optimize type, character and structure in our dogs. Our philosophy is that all aspects of the breed are relevant and need to be addressed in breeding.
